Some New Things
Last week we were busy with the kids on Spring Break we thought we're share some new things:
Bruce has discovered hamburgers
and loves them!
James has a new tooth:
Kate took up a new instrument with her friends:
Jane loves to swing and that's usually where we find her at all hours of the day
James tried swinging too:
We have new parakeet named Lucy (also)
the special thing about her is that she has 1 foot, but it doesn't slow her down:
and one more of James:

We also celebrated Earth day by picking up trash at a park, making cookies, and coloring pictures:

Happy 6 Months!
This cute guy is 6 months old.
We love him SOOOO much!
A friend told me about making a 1/2 birthday cake so we're going to have that tonight.
We had a beautiful weekend. On Friday Bruce finished soccer and got this:
Friday night was spent with fun girls and staying up too late.
On Saturday we went here:
and here:
~ it was so peaceful and perfect.
At dinner last night Bruce pulled this out of his pocket and gave it to me. He said he forgot to give it to me earlier and he was sorry it was "all squished." I love it.
Jane has lost 2 front teeth so if you see any let her know :)

Kate always falls asleep while B reads books at night- it's cute.

Happy Easter!
We had a really fun morning yesterday with friends:
we colored eggs,
smiled,
and had a hunt.

This morning the kids got their baskets- we grew the grass!
(Thanks Grandma Miller for the bag of wonderful books, toys, and treats- I'll post pics of the handmade "pocket" book later.)
Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Damstedt for the awesome wind chime and beautiful hymn book!
We ate a great breakfast
and now we're ready for conference!
*We had the girls pictures taken for Spring- thanks Megan!
I'll post more of them later too ...
