Let's Go to the Beach- Let's Get Away...

Last week we went to 2 beaches! 

The weather was beautiful and the friends were awesome.  Here are some things we did:

Made a "Sand Dragon:"

Kayaked :

Smiled!

Special Date, Special Night, & Saturday Fun..

This year my James is going to Pre-K.  They do a screening before school starts and I told him that if he talks to his teacher during the screening (he's sometimes quiet around other grown-ups) we'd go on a special date.  Well, he did great and picked Chuck E Cheese..we were there for 30 minutes.

On Friday night we went to the Drive in for our 1st time since living here.  Our friends were there too and it was a fun night. 

On Saturday we went to the zoo. 

They re-did the front gates

& added a Kookaburra area:

 

We had to get ice cream & ride the train too.

Our Day at the Fair 2013

Yesterday morning we went to the Erie Fair 

 

and met our fun friends the Ashley's there! 

 

We saw lots of animals: 

 

We went to a dog show, 

trampoline show,

pig races, and everyone went on 2 rides.

 and got to feed butterflies & get foot massages:

Our cousin Elizabeth had a totally fun birthday party right before we left to the airport and we LOVED her Skylander cookie cake.  Thank you so much for the delicious lunch, pinata, silly string, and party bags that kept us entertained the whole plane ride home. 

 

 Kate and Lilly were together all the time.  We love you cousins!

Bonus picture: Brad and I celebrated our 12th anniversary on July 27th and he send he flowers since he was in Charlotte and I was in Utah.
