The BIG 3-0

Happy Birthday Brad!

Long ago Brad wrote this:

It says, "If I could be any age I would be 30 years old, I want to be this age because I could have a Robot and could be a carpenter, and I'd have sum friends."

Well- Jane made you a robot, you are a very talented carpenter (see the clocks in the picture) and you have 5 friends in this picture that love you VERY much!

Blessing, tree, & snow

Last Sunday Brad blessed James and it was a very special time.
Blessed Boy
For family night we went and got our tree. We have only had 1 other real tree during our marriage, but Brad reminded me that this year we wouldn't have any kids that would eat pine needles or tip the tree over, so went to and got a fresh one- and it smells wonderful (we also had them drill it and got a cool stand so set up was easy.)
We all had a great time decorating- "lights, then beads, then ornaments Kate"
Ta, Da!

It also snowed for the first time last night - Bruce was way excited!
