Another Fun Day in Palmyra & my books!!!

Yesterday we spend most of the day showing Andrew the sites in Palmyra:

We've Got Andy!

This week we get to have B's brother Andrew. We love Uncle Andrew!

He plays games with us,
pushes us in the swing,

goes to the zoo on snowy days:James would not hold still for a picture

This tiger was awesome! (and very excited that it snowed)

and we even got to go eat lunch with B at work- James did not want to sit for a picture.

BUT- tonight he and Brad made a big mess in my garage building a bookcase:

St.Patrick's Day, Aquarium, wood things, and more!

It has been a very fun week!

The night before St.Patrick's day Bruce and Jane set traps to catch a leprechaun.
Sneaky- he got away but left some gold!

We had green waffles for breakfast(but only James would eat them.)

I found this "green" beauty in my yard :)
On Friday we went to the aquarium and got to go to a special touch tank.

Last night we attended the scout spaghetti fundraiser and cake auction.

She's 8!

Where did the time go?

Our Sweet Jane turned 8 today!
We got up early and she opened presentsThank you Grandma Miller for the beautiful dress

Thank you Grandma Damstedt for the PURPLE! She loves the jewelry box and necklace too.

She requested Strawberries and Cream for breakfast
At school she passed out fruit Popsicles.
Kate helped me frost the "ice-cream cupcakes"

We went golfing tonight and ate pizza.

She even tried the driving range:
So fun!
So many things have happened in the last 8 years, many changes, but she does still like to read:

Cake Walk & more

Last Saturday the kids had a "Family Fun Night" at their school. They had a cake walk and Kate took home this beauty.( I made 'cake pops' and they were so cute but forgot to take a picture)

Kate also got the play with her princess friend on Saturday- it was a great day for her!

My friend Molly gave us some delicious bread and somehow this little man got a hold of the last chunk and was SO happy to have it.

Jane was reading books to James one nightthen everyone decided to be sillyThis week: FHE & ice cream, District Art Show- Jane's "Paul Klee Fish" won something, Cub Scouts, Jane's B-day, Brownie scouts, keeping working on bunk beds, belly dancing (just going to try it,) cupcakes and Penzeys, card swap, and Pinkalicious party on Saturday- it's going to be a great one!
