Fun Weekend..

On Friday B came home early from work so I could go with a bunch of friends to Rochester. We attended Time Out For Women (my 1st one.) I was really fun to be with so many women that I love :)

Here's my friend Stacie and I with Hilary Weeks (B's mom's cousin )

Here are a bunch of us at a ridiculous midnight dinner.
Here's 1 more..As I was going to bed on Friday I realized that this was the first time since I was married that I had been away from my husband or children. I missed them.
Also, I am SOOO grateful to friends who helped me out when I realized I left my wallet at home... Thank you!

On Sunday we had our Primary Program and is was FABULOUS!
We also had a special visitor. Sister Rosemary Wixom, the General Primary President, came to visit our ward. The kids were excited to meet her.

James's 2nd Birthday!

In the morning we made waffles and put 2 candles in them. We sang "Happy Birthday."
Next came presents nad I think that the other 3 were much more excited than James. They 'helped' him open all his presents.
Thank you Grandma Damstedt and Grandma Miller!!
After all the kids went to school, we went running with our friends and then James got to play for a littl while with his best buddy.
James had a great afternoon nap.
After dinner we had cake and sang again (2 times for 2 birthdays.)This is 1 happy birthday boy!

Sweet Jane & the Stove

Last Thursday night I was wiping off the stove and noticed that there was a huge crack in one of the glass burners. Ahh...
The next morning we talked with our little ones about NOT standing on the stove to reach things or dropping things on the stove.Later that day I noticed this jar that Jane had put together. She and Kate had also put some of their money in it.
So sweet Jane!(This is her at tennis)

Pumpkins, Balloons, Chocloate, and Running..

Last Friday I went with some friends to the Great Pumpkin Farm:
Cute little pumpkins :)

On Saturday we went on a memory walk for our friend Megan. We had a balloon release at the end of the walk.
At the playground they had this dinosaur from the book Chalk. It was pretty fun.
On Monday we went with some friends on a tour of a local chocolate factory!
Delicious!
Every morning I go running with my friend Rachel and we think we're tired when we're done, but our little men are even more tired- and they don't even jog!
