Escape...

Last Saturday night I was watching the a recorded session of conference while Brad was at Priesthood session and the kids were in bed, so I thought.
I heard something and turned around to find Baby Kate standing there.
"How did you get out of your crib?" I wondered...
Then I remembered this picture:
and this one:
Jane at 18 months
Jane used to escape from he crib by kicking our slats and climbing out. I took a happy Kate upstairs and saw that she had done the SAME thing. Bruce never did.So I took a picture, put the slats back in, and put a now sad Kate back in her bed and told her to go to sleep. Silly girls!

Those girls are a handful. I wonder if Kate was taught, or if it's just a gender thing. Mom D

Silly cakes! I totally remember when Jane did that. That's funny that Kate did it too. I love the cow jammies!

Crazy Kate- I love how you have pictures of both- how fun. Interesting how Bruce never did it.

That is so cute! You better get some good bars to put on the windows when those girls are teenagers!

So, I was thinking that you need to come to El Paso for a few weeks because you always find the funnest things to do wherever you are. I'm sure you could even shorten the stay to a few days and you could teach me every hidden treasure of adventure there is here :)

I thought you should know I read this post last night, and then when I went to bed, I had a dream that Bailey broke through her crib! I was glad to realize it was just a dream.
