Happy 10-10-10

We've had Uncle Andy this weekend and it was wonderful!

He drove up Thursday night and on Friday morning we went to he Science Musuem.
He made webs with Jane

Smiled with Kate (so little compared to her tall uncle)We also played in the bubbles with our cute friends:

On Saturday we had a walk for my friend Megan. It was so awesome & raised a lot of money.
Then we played, watched shows, sat outside in beautiful weather, ate NY apples & cider & syrup.
Had a BBQ that night and watched funny T.V.

Today was church and then we came home and ate lunch
and said "Au revior"

Family Fest at Dad's work!

This morning/afternoon we went here:and we got to see some really cool demonstrations:

*Watch a robot play chess
* Learned how sound waves are generated and how they are used to achieve cooling and cryogenic refrigeration
* Filled a balloon with Heliox Medipure mixture
*Optical microscopy on common objects
* Model building using Tygon tubes and colored nodes.
*Isostaic pressing demo:
(they shrunk these styrofoam cups we colored)

We ate lunch and Jane got to be in the game show:
The firemen were there doing demostrationsand we all got a pumpkin!
Fun day at dad's work :)
Tonight we made doughnuts "for priesthood session"
(Nutella, cinnamon sugar, and powdered sugar flower doughnuts)

So Long Summer...

Last Friday it was in the mid 80's so we got wet of course...This guy has a 6-pack- and ribs...

James loves to swing:This week is back in the high 60's but the leaves are starting to change and it's beautiful! (Plus the cider is delicious:)

Kate's Preschools

Every Tuesday I teach preschool to Kate and 3 other cuties (I did this for Jane and Bruce too) and then on Thursdays they go to one of their mom's homes.

Every Monday and Wednesday Kate goes to another preschool which she loves:
During the time she is away I get to have some good running time and James gets to do this:

Cells

Yesterday the primary had a talent show.
Ours was pretty awesome and I'm pretty sure if there were prizes we would have won.
