Blueberries, Bruises, Bubbles, and Blossoms

Last Wednesday we went blueberry picking with friends.
(Thanks Carolyn for the pics!)

They are soooo delicious!
-Just get the blue ones Baby Cakes-

On Thursday Kate fell and hit her cheek on a drawer. Bruce jumped and hit my cheek.
You can't really see it, but we had bruises.

On Saturday we went to Bubblefest at the science museum with some other families and had a great time!
Bruce LOVED the bubble window
B and Kate got into the action too!

My flowers have been loving all the rain we've been getting.
My Delphiniums are gorgeous!
This Black Eyed Susan is going to be the first of many. My friend Heather gave me some starts before she moved. It took me a while to get them in the ground so they were pretty dead looking when I planted them, but they look great now!

This one is so pretty and came from my friend Kristin with many other perennials.
I forgot the name, anyone?

Hi Eliza, it's been awhile. How have you been? Your kids are adorable! How do you like NY? Life is busy here, does it ever slow down? Hope things are going well for you!

I think those last flowers were nicotiana, but I'm not positive. Regardless of their name they all look lovely...I wish we were getting some rain out here! But the blueberries look wonderful and as usual, you found something so fun for the family to do together!
